Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the rare event that your item/s arrives damaged (broken glass), we will happily offer a replacement of the same exact items damaged.
If this happens, we have you covered. Please email Jacksonswicks@gmail.com a photo of the following ASAP:
1. A photo of the damaged item up close
2. A photo of the box, showing all the packaging used to protect the item
3. A photo of the shipping label on the box
Lost/Stolen/Packages Delivered to incorrect address
Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the property of the shipper. If an item is lost, we will be unable to process a return. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim. A mishap such as this is completely out of our hands and is solely the responsibility of the carrier.
